Erik Glitman founded Fletcher/CSI in 1988 and monitors all client activities to ensure they meet expectations and Fletcher/CSI’s quality standards. He has over 35 years of experience consulting on and managing key competitive intelligence projects that support clients’ strategic planning, sales, marketing, and growth initiatives. Erik regularly travels internationally to speak at industry events and facilitate strategy workshops. He also leads frequent webinars on Win/Loss Analysis. Erik has a BS in Environmental Studies from Johnson State College, a BS in Economics from the University of Vermont, and a MA in International Affairs from American University.. He served as Secretary/Treasurer of the Board of Directors of Strategic and Competitive Intelligence Professionals (SCIP), and has written numerous articles on the integration of CI with strategy, tactics, sales, and development. Erik has also served as adjunct faculty at Champlain College, where he taught undergraduate courses in competitive intelligence.
