Lead 360 degree communications for all large cars in Europe including Mustang, Mondeo, Performance Cars (GT, RS & ST) and Primary Brand. Lead for development of all 'Above the line' materials: TVC, Print, Outdoor, and 'Below the line': CRM, Website content, Microsites, Outbound emails and Online advertising banners. Lead for Social Media campaigns. Significant budget responsibility ($M’s). Manage Creative and Social Agencies. Work closely with other marketing departments in the company including Public Affairs, Aftersales and Ford Bank to ensure consistency of communications. Establish and manage 23 European National Sales Company communication needs. Responsible for department Financial Reporting and Audit management. Have responsibility for managing all Branding and Look and Style for Europe, approving all creative before supply and for setting up and managing two ‘offshore’ hubs which create and version all creative for supply saving ~ $20m a year.
Main achievement to date was announcement campaign for Mustang based on the UEFA Champions League Final, Fords most successful Social and Digital Campaign to date.
