The Talent Intelligence department is part of Philips' Talent Acquisition team. We collect, analyze, and present external talent data and trends to influence our talent strategy to create and develop a climate, that recognizes the strategic importance of market and talent intelligence.
Together with the team, I'm working on different projects for Philips. Project types include human capital location studies, human capital competitor analysis, human capital M&A due diligence, custom reports, and many more. I'm the Account Manager for Philips' business groups: Real Estate, Marketing, and Marketing Intelligence were for the latter I'm leading the Always-on Intelligence project. Subsequently, I'm responsible for the Talent Intelligence communication and the Talent Acquisition Intelligence Knowledge Center for Philips Talent Acquisition and HR Community.
