Raimondo Coloru has been with UBS since 2008. As of 2019, he is leading the UBS Group Operations Global Robotics Maintenance across multiple locations, developing an organisation wide eco-system of Run the Bank services that serve as building blocks for complex automation solutions across UBS Business Divisions and competencies, thus delivering to an ambitious rapid automation agenda for UBS global businesses globally, leveraging technologies such as RPA, ML, Chatbots, etc.
He is working closely with Group Technology Partners to provide reliable operations services across the current robot estate of 600 supporting our global clients’ automation journey of 50% growth by year end. Additionally, he is working closely with Service line global leadership and functions across multiple regions to help implement their automation strategy. Prior to his current role, he has been managing the UBS Technologies workforce strategy execution in UBS Business Solution Center Krakow and Wroclaw and overseeing workforce transition into UBS Poland locations in Krakow and Wroclaw from ~500 back in 2014 to 2'200 Technologists end of 2018. He was managing this growth efficiently by designing, aligning and operating processes from strategic planning over recruiting and hiring over to onboarding and integrating into UBS Technology workforce as well as driving employee engagement across Technology and it's locations in Poland as an important aspect making this transition a sustainable success.
